We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer the following return options.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To return an item, it must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which typically average around $15 depending on location and carrier. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Keep the Product & Receive a Partial Refund
If you prefer not to return the item, you may choose to keep the product and receive an 80% partial refund instead.
This option is often faster, cheaper and avoids the cost and inconvenience of return shipping. Partial refunds are issued to the original payment method after approval by our support team.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
To process these requests, we may ask for photo/video evidence showing the issue, including images of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Once verified, we will provide either:
- A full refund, or
- A replacement item at no additional cost
Delivery Issues
If an order experiences an unusual delivery delay or shows no movement in tracking for an extended period, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and determine an appropriate solution.
